I am the owner and landlord of The Lake House bar and private hire venue based at Hawley Lake Sailing Club in Blackwater, Surrey. We hold regular public events, cater for sailing club members and are available for private hire.

Heading up the Technology Division for Sycamore Recruitment based in Farnborough, I source temp, perm and contract IT professionals in the South East of the UK spanning Infrastructure, Development, Project Managers, Business Analysts, Data Anlaysts and Database Sepcialists.

I source SQL and Business Intelligence Analysts, Managers, Administrators and Developers in an ever growing market on a contract basis.

Providing security services on a corporate basis to a muli-million £ organisation in gas and oil. Monitoring the site, writing procedure and completing H&S and risk assessments.

Responsible for attending a number of public and private events in a security capacity. Either guarding a post, monitoring activity, active response, roaming security or door supervising. Managing crowds, spectator safety, ejections, safe evacuations and criminal observations were all a part of my role. Frequently in charge of a team of anything from 3 to 15 people at anyone time I managed the security of events ranging from music festivals, to the NFL, horse racing and concerts, VIP areas and PIT Crew.Our role was one primarily of customer service and to ensure the safety and security of everyone attending an event.
