My current job is a waitressing role, I have to serve customers which include a variety of hot drinks and alcoholic beverages, with me having training in making a variety ofCocktails also. In this role I also deal with taking money from customers and dealing with payments, I also have the responsibility of counting up the money at the end of each shift ensuring the money is correct as I am very trusted as I have been there for soLong. I also have exceptional customer service towards customers within this job.

Short period of time I had worked for a new restaurant chain called Chooks, this was a new experience for me as the restaurant was newly opening so I helped prepare for the open day. I had appropriate training in becoming a waitress, including taking customers orders, having good customer service, making a variety of drink, serving food and cleaning up after them. This job helped me develop my people skills and confidence.

During this job I had many different roles that changed weekly, they consisted of monitoring the children’s play frame, working at reception, which consisted of taking bookings for parties and payments and phone calls, also I had a role at the cafe serving food and drinks. My main role was hosting the children’s birthday parties and I had about 5 parties a day, this is what a really enjoyed doing as I got a lot ofPraise from parents and I thought it was very fun.
