As the Researcher for our Inspired Search division, I work alongside Abigail Barclay, M.D. of Inspired Search, on the research and headhunting for all Executive Level and C-Suite Recruitment across the Academic, Education, Professional and Trade sectors within Publishing. As well as supporting with Research assignments, I also support the Inspired Leadership Team with other internal projects, manage our social media channels, and coordinate our internal training programme ‘The Inspired Academy’.

In this role I worked closely with MD Suzy Astbury on the research and headhunting for all Executive Level and C-Suite Recruitment across the Academic, Education, Professional and Trade sectors within Publishing.I also assisted with any internal business projects as well as managing all social media channels, internal training, GDPR compliance and any other operational needs for the business.

In my role as Recruitment Consultant at Inspired, I worked on the professional desk placing candidates in permanent, interim, contract and temporary roles within the professional publishing sector; this includes professional publishers, professional membership bodies and institutions, B2B publishers, charities, not-for-profit organisations, consumer magazine publishers and service providers to the publishing industry.

As Business Manager for the Clarins Group I was responsible for the overall growth and success of my designated account, setting the strategic direction for the business to achieve sales targets and goals. A large part of this role included managing and leading large teams including other managers and I was responsible for the onboarding, training, appraisals and the development of team members as well as other HR related duties.
