Ms. Greene has extensive experience in planning and implementing complex health programs with a focus on health workforce. Her experience includes leading a global team to support community health worker integration in the formal health systems of Mozambique, Namibia, and Tanzania; designing and managing activities to strengthen human resources for health in Haiti, Cote d’Ivoire, Eswatini, Jordan and Timor Leste; responding to the COVID-19 pandemic in Jordan and Central Asia; and launching a global program to expand access to diabetes and hypertension care and treatment with a focus on building the skills of frontline health workers in Brazil, India, South Africa, and the US. Ms. Greene brings both a domestic and international perspective from working across Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean, and the US. She also serves on the Steering Committee of the Frontline Health Workers Coalition.
