• Agree sales targets internally and externally for any branded space project• Work with Finance to produce seasonal profitability analysis of new branded spaces• Analyse and issue weekly reporting to enable the business to make informed decisions• Build ideal product assortments by customer with the category and sales functions • Work closely with the Global Retail Space Management team to refine and develop the retail space management business model• Recommend daily business sales opportunities to each customer to ensure we maximise on sales• Working cross functionally to facilitate the return of any stock not required contractually by the customer• Support the business with product recommendations for new brand spaces to build the business case internally and externally• Manage, support and motivate a team which consists of an Assistant Merchandiser and Graduate Intern• Visit customers to present and roll out the RSM business model• Build strong relationships internally and externally

• Produce weekly Rate of Sale reports for selected UK&IRE accounts• Analyse weekly sales data from customers and report back to the business each week with strategic recommendations• Identify risks or opportunities to the order book due to current sell out trend and highlight to sales team for quick decision making• Drive recommendations for additional daily business in co-operation with the sales team• Support Sales teams with ad hoc queries• Produce rolling trackers for UK&IRE market to capture key launches and activities and understand variations year on year• Work cross functionally to track significant campaigns or new product launches, ensuring all departments are referring to one source of sell out data• Produce weekly market report for Senior team to evaluate UK&IRE market sell through• Ensure sell out data is protected in line with adidas data sharing policies

• Strong systems knowledge including SAP and Excel• Working cross functionally to achieve business targets and market share growth• Proactively managing order books to ensure on time and in full deliveries• Updated a sales forecast report monthly to enable sales to provide an accurate forecast
