Marketing Research & Insights Manager
CurrentResponsible for being the sole expert and lead researcher at a hearing healthcare company, where I conduct qualitative and quantitative hearing aid user, payor, and hearing care provider research to help drive organization-wide initiatives that improve the customer experience and grow the business.- Serve as a consultant across a wide variety of teams, creating strong interpersonal relationships, identifying, and prioritizing key research questions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs- Design, manage, and execute qualitative, quantitative, and third-party research to efficiently deliver market-based input on strategic and tactical business issues, including product and service initiatives - Execute research studies either directly or through a vendor, including programming, moderation, fielding, sample management, honorarium processing, and general project management- Organize, analyze, and derive insights from raw data across multiple sources- Develop and maintain infrastructure that supports flow of information from third-party, secondary, and primary sources to TruHearing employees- Evaluate and improve holistic survey approach and methodology- Prepare presentations, deliver research findings, and make strategic and tactical recommendations that drive stakeholders to action- Oversee user NPS survey program, payor CSAT survey program, and provider satisfaction surveys- Conduct in-depth interviews with hearing aid wearers and with experts across a multitude of payor segments
