Senior Producer at All Of It, a daily two hour show focusing on arts and culture.Previously: Planning editor in the WNYC newsroom, where I coordinate daily coverage for the station's two magazine shows -- local Morning Edition and All Things Considered. I assign reporters, hone story pitches, lead our daily editorial meetings, and work with hosts -- all in the service of bringing our listeners journalism that explains, informs, and delights. I'm passionate about audio and care deeply about the life and community of our region, and so I've made it my mission to be in conversation with listeners about issues that matter to them. Previously, I was a transportation reporter focusing on equity and transit, a producer/reporter for Transportation Nation, and a producer at the Brian Lehrer Show, where I learned to screen calls and how to research and prep a script on a tight deadline. Over the years, I've become a strong editor, an unflappable leader during breaking news, and a tireless on-air promoter of the work of the newsroom through regular weekly segments on both Morning Edition and All Of It.
