I am a lifelong learner, and that love of learning drives my desire to teach others. I have participated in informal education and formal education. I am a yoga teacher, focusing on pre-and post-natal yoga and am training to add oncology yoga to my specialist training. Additionally, I am in the process of completing a certification program in Curriculum Development. My journey has progressed from teaching science to shaping the foundational years of kindergarten, where interpersonal skills and leadership play crucial roles. The transition from Science Teacher to SPED IA, and now to Kindergarten Assistant, has honed my abilities to adapt, communicate complex ideas, and maintain professionalism. These competencies are the bedrock of my mission to make learning accessible and engaging, ensuring that the next generation values the thrill of discovery and the importance of consistency in their educational journey.
