She has an academic background the management of domestic abuse services (Diploma in Domestic Violence Studies, qualified IDVA, YDVA, NVQ 4 Safe Lives Domestic Abuse Service Manager). in human resources management (MCIPD), community education (PGCE in post compulsory education, qualified NVQ Assessor and Verifier) andKate strives to be a compassionate leader, believing this is the key to ensure that Home-Start East Sussex is a special place to work, volunteer and access services.
