- Upgrade and conversion of 7nr live critical buildings.- Alterations and refurbishment of existing offices and processing areas to provide a lean working system to the economical benefit of the client.- Various office relocations and refurbishments accross the clients estate consisting of managing staff, IT and furniture.- National full rebranding signage scheme for 180+ sites.- Construction of a new state of the art energy research facility comprising of laboratiories, academic offices and a central atrium. The project also included the demolitiion of the existing building.- Full refurbishment of a 3 storey education building consisting of venue space, student union, counselling services and work space for students and staff.
