Successful delivery of all Sales Estimator including:- Completing all estimating requirements and documentation within a deadline- Preparing and documenting specific estimates in accordance with the GJ Gardner design and construction details- Using the GJ Gardner software, calculating quantities for upgrades as well as and maintaining inventories for standard options - Liaising with a number of internal stakeholders including Sales, Construction Estimators and Directors- Liaising with a number of external providers and finding of new providers for specialty items Assist Construction Manager and Director in the successful delivery of all projects as Contracts Administrator/ Construction Estimator including:- Preparation and sending out of quotes and variations to customers and contractors- Preparation and monitoring of schedules and purchase orders- Preparation or invoices, variations and purchase orders- Preparation and completion of all house Estimates in the GJ Gardner Software
