Hi, I'm Kate McNabb; my background is Wellness Educator & Personal Trainer, when Support Work really sparked my interest, and I decided to study and take my career down that path.. Having the opportunity to work very closely with mental health which then took me to my next adventure, an IPS consultant ; I was so grateful to all of these opportunities, however with already having the passion for health, wellness and Fitness I could not turn down the opportunity to work for FITCare Support Services.Working as a PLO with a bit of support work & now transitioning into a Business Development Coordinator to help open up new locations is a very exciting growth point.FITCare Support Services is a Registered NDIS Provider who offer healthy support workers, we deliver quality support work with health and wellbeing and the forefront of mind, some but not all our support workers also have their Health and Fitness Qualifications for that extra support if requested , depending on the participants goals depends on the approach we offer.We recruit support workers who live a healthy lifestyle and has an interest in actively supporting participants reaching their goal at the right pace for each individual, we offer support in and out of the gym, whether it be parking a bit further from the destination to get the steps up, going for a walk outdoors, supporting our participants in the community or offering supports in the participants daily lifestyle.Currently in Sunshine Coast, in process of opening Gympie with our next location!!!My vision is to simply help you discover a life of vitality, happiness, fulfillment and connection through supporting you through this journey with some of our superstar Mentors!To your wellbeing and happiness,Kate.
