Conserves the CAO’s time by reading, researching and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating communications. Organizational visionary objectively streamlining tasks for the CAO. Serves as primary point of contact (filter), clerical support (secretary, receptionist, liaison to the team), and event planning for the CAO. Responsible for drafting, reviewing and maintaining confidential documents on behalf of the CAO. Strong event planning skills with limited oversight. Forward thinking and collaboration with stakeholders to formulate agendas for the Chief Justice of Indiana and the CAO. Discretionary budget taken into consideration when autonomous decision making is necessary.

Organize administrative responsibilities including processing daily mail, software and data management, website maintenance, creation of social media sites (instagram and twitter), building a network of diversity within the League, enthusing and encouraging the community to attend public forums involving public officials where civic engagement is not only necessary but an important element of our basic constitutional rights as U.S. citizens.

As a member of the litigation department, I aided in legal documentation preparation, assisted lawyers at the firm by calling courts and preparing documents for hearings and trials, including but not limited to briefs, pleadings, appeals, affidavits, etc. Keeping up with service information on upcoming hearings was a large part of my responsibility at the firm, which involved calling court staff as well as Sheriff offices. I maintained document files, and filed pleadings with court clerks, as well as other legal assistants at other firms.

As a member of Purdue Telefund's management team, I served as a Trainer to new employees of the Telefund. As a Purdue Telefund Trainer, I had the opportunity to create a training program that was innovative, fun, and conveyed the training in a professional light. I delivered hands on personal experience to groups of new employees (12-16 employees per group, 5 groups each semester) how to professionally contact Purdue alumni via telephone, and as a result raise money for Purdue University. I personally raised over $80,000 for Purdue University during my time as a caller since October 2009.

As a caller at Purdue Telefund, I personally produced over $80,000 for Purdue University by maintaining professional contact with Purdue Alum, and as a result raising donations for the university. During each conversation, I was responsible for updating all records with Alum, keeping all information confidential, and maintaining a professional conversation.

My experience as a Day Camp Coordinator at the Cedar Lake Boys & Girls Club was diverse and broad. I organized field-trips, created both fun and educational programs for club members, handled account receivables, managed office duties, and supervised all members (ages 6-14). I also served as our club's Fundraising Chair, where I personally produced over $40,000 for the Cedar Lake Boys & Girls Club by organizing fundraisers, creating teams of volunteers, and asking local businesses for contributions.
