I am a lifelong educator and advocate for high quality, relevant civics education that empowers students and teachers to engage in and support robust democracy on all levels—within their classrooms, schools, and communities. As a Program Manager with Generation Citizen, I am excited to partner with teachers in building democratic classrooms that foster civically knowledgeable, engaged, and active participants who are changemakers growing as leaders in their communities. I love partnering with teachers throughout Philadelphia who embrace their students' civic power, along with schools throughout New York State--from Buffalo, to South Seneca in the Finger Lakes, to Schenectady in the Capital District!
