- Lead and motivate a team of crew members throughout shifts, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Provide guidance, training, and support to team members, ensuring they are aligned with company standards and goals.- Set the standard for outstanding customer service by consistently delivering friendly and attentive interactions with customers. Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.- Oversee the day-to-day operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workspace.
