I currently lead a team of policy experts to provide strategic advice and support to the organization on a wide range of regulatory policy issues affecting the sectors regulated by the AGCO, with a primary focus on the alcohol sector.

I managed and led a small team of advisors to support the AGCO’s enterprise-wide approach to stakeholder engagement across the four sectors the AGCO regulates. My role was to provide leadership to the team related to understanding the AGCO’s strategic direction, assessing stakeholder positions, making recommendations, and recommending appropriate.

This role has required me to play a key role in developing and delivering on AGCO’s strategic, enterprise-wide approach to the engagement of the public and stakeholder community in the alcohol, gaming, cannabis, and horse racing sectors. I delivered research, analysis, strategic engagement advice, and logistical support in relation to the AGCO’s strategic.

I in my previous role I worked to support the development and implementation of an agency-wide education plan and strategy. Through my work leading consultations with staff from across the agency as well as external stakeholders, I will ensure educational needs are met while identifying and prioritizing educational initiatives for appropriate stakeholders..

Assuris is the not for profit organization that protects Canadian policyholders if their life insurance company should fail. Our role is to protect policyholders by minimizing the loss of benefits and ensuring a quick transfer of their policies to a solvent company, where their protected benefits will continue.

I previously worked to aid the Corporate Affairs department through research and presentations on the regulatory framework dictating Ontario's alcohol industry. I worked alongside industry stakeholders and interest groups in relation to the stability of Ontario's alcohol industry. Daily activities included: lobbying public officials, independent research.
