O'Callaghan's is a casual dining restaurant with seating for 130 people. It is open from 8.30 AM to 5 PM serving breakfast, lunch and desserts all day. The business also has a very well known and busy delicatessen and bakery which attracts both local and passing trade. At Christmas, we run a number of nine course tasting nights which are very popular and sell out each year. As part of my College degree program I undertook an internship at the 5* InterContinental Carlton, Cannes.This internship afforded me the opportunity to gain excellent experience in the hospitality industry and boost my management, communication, IT and French speaking skills while living in a different country and experiencing a new culture.
