Hume Moreland Services Connect was one of eight pilot projects funded through DHHS testing an alternative model of service delivery to vulnerable clients utilising a multi-disciplinary team of twelve staff realigned from twenty five partner agencies. Managed the transition of the pilot program to successful closure, including staff transition planning, client services demand management, evaluation report and governance.

Project support to:• Koori Energy Efficiency Project (KEEP) was an innovative 3 year pilot program to support Aboriginal communities in Victoria to reduce energy consumption and bill stress. Funding ceased 30 June 2016. • In collaboration with NOUS Consulting Group co-ordinated a feasibility study on accumulated poverty and risk of homelessness in women aged 50+. Project received implementation funding through Lord Mayor’s Charitable Foundation.

The Home Interaction Program for Parents and Young people (HIPPY) supports vulnerable preschool aged children and their parents to prepare for school. I co-ordinated over 30 community information sessions in remote and rural Aboriginal communities as part of the federal Department of Education funding process for an additional 25 HIPPY programs targeted to Aboriginal communities.
