Brisbane Catholic Education (BCE), is one of the largest non-Government employers in Queensland. supporting over 11, 500 employees in 145 school communities and multiple office locations, across South East Queensland. Working within in a team, I am responsible for undertaking advertising, recruitment, and appointment processes, including contract preparation for broad scope of roles, across an assigned portfolio of schools and Brisbane Catholic Education Office client groups. Working with high volumes, tight timelines, I deliver client and candidate focused recruitment support and procedural advice operating in accordance with policies and processes.

Responsible for the engagement, attraction and recruitment of Graduate Teachers for the centralised annual Graduate Teacher program. Proactivively engaging with the Graduate Teacher talent community by attending University career fairs, career expos and other industry related events to develop BCE’s Preservice Teacher Network and build BCE’s employer brand.Support and coordinate BCE’s orientation programs, arranging enrolments and invitations for new staff, coordinate speakers, catering, collateral, and other administrative aspects of the orientation programs.Undertake evaluation and analysis of orientation program in collaboration with the HR Advisor to make program improvements.
