30 years in Primary Education: Oratory Primary, Harrodian School and the last 18 years of these, as Pre-Prep Headteacher at Merlin School. Additionally, a Pre-Prep Music teacher. Competent leader in all areas of managing and running a Pre-Prep School. Particular achievements include 3 Ofsted Inspections, graded 'Outstanding'. Demonstrable experience of building the reputation of a school, doubling the school in size. Calmly competent under pressure, particularly demonstrated in her response to the demands and challenges of the pandemic, managing a work force of staff, providing reassurance and guidance to parents whilst educating the pupils both in school and remotely. Stepping down as Headteacher from July but remaining connected to Merlin School as Principal, from September 2021.
