The survey registered 2300 participants, which reflected a 56% return rate.As a Project Manager, I have conducted a mapping audit to gauge 170 Service Level Agreements in orderto identify and assess the touch points and change impacts in preparation for closing the Royal Children’s Hospital. In addition, I successfully project managed the Clinical Service Integration (CSI) project in relation to Commissioning of the Lady Cilento Children’s Hospital (LCCH). Deliverables included finalising and endorsing 38+ workshops for key stakeholders and engaging with at least 250 individuals. Part of my previous program of work was to lead organisational development phases and gain employee commitment during a large-scale hospital integration. In an vast landscape of organisational growth, I continue to achieve success by de-escalatingconflict and orchestrating solutions with staff who are experiencing stress through change.
