- Provide trauma counselling, psychological assistance and support to people who have been a recent victim of a crime- Provides court based services to Victim Support clients- Provides advocacy and referral to other services for Victim Support clients

 Provide advanced direct clinical social work service including assessment, clinical interventions and monitoring of young people with serious mental health disorders and/or significant psychosocial problems including individuals, couples families and groups Liaise with community agencies regarding case management of clients Provide clinical social work.

• Initial triaging of all of referrals to determine appropriateness for service including assessment of risk and complexity scaling
• Acts as interim holder of the case until it has been allocated and monitors ongoing risk levels.
• Collation of referral information to present at weekly intake meetings
• Management of client referral/information prior to intake meeting
• Ensure data information systems are accurate and up to date
• Presentation/dissemination of referral information to appropriate services and agencies
