As an intern, my role was to assist the Department of Why (Marketing) in their advertising and promotional campaigns for Direct Technology and Averro. - Deliver social media creatives for on-going campaigns- Inform department leaders and managers on progress and results - Create an SEO plan that generates leads from organic traffic - Track and measure effectiveness of various post types - Research and analyze the current and future trends of Gen Z

My role was to assist the assignment desk in collecting and sourcing supporting facts for news stories. I also supported their marketing department by creating and scheduling OTV content. - Answer the tip line to source new stories and information - Monitor Houston police and fire radios- Confirm story information to ensure reported news is accurate - Create copy and visuals for ongoing campaigns and initiatives. - Schedule social media posts using True Anthem, Facebook Creator Studio, and Tweet Deck.
