Resulting in 28% automation, rated 4/5 for navigation and now successfully moving into full implementation. Working across multiple teams and functions to design one process with speed, flexibility and audit controls in mind.Built out the 2022 investment plan for core funding across Personalisation Lab, dealing with key stakeholders across CCO and GT. Successfully secured £0.34m – the first time core budget has been secured for the Lab.Worked with existing workflow management supplier to build out a strategic model for future system enhancements and redesign to improve our current provisions.Designed and built numerous system enhancements, to our existing tech stack, to automate manual work arounds and improve speed to market e.g. metadata webhook, promotion workflow.Automated the manual and labourious Brand Operations IPA (Intellectual Property Agreement) process – a poster child for automating non-campaign specific activity within our tech stack.Shaped and delivered an integrated platform POC (workflow and asset management) with an existing supplier.
