Daily responsibilities include brand imaging as the face of PC ProSchools from a consumer perspective with use of social media, video and written blogging and the creation of content and concepts for all collateral material and marketing messages. Attract and Interact with members of the Advisory Board which are senior ranking IT leaders in the community. Manage the daily initiatives for Sales, Expense Management, Outcomes for certification rates, graduation and placement, Recruiting, Hiring and Training all faculty and staff and Compliance with all Federal regulations.

As the Director of Educational Operations for over 250 corporately run centers and 1,100 franchise centers in the United States and Canada, I had direct oversight on Operations, Sales, Profitability and Hiring/Training/Development with an annual budget of $100 million dollars. My efforts resulted in increased profits of 349% with a 33% profit margin. As a key player on many cross-functional teams I developed an entire educational and business model for a new brand of services, “Ace it!” Tutoring, targeted to meet the needs of a federally regulated program. Another key project was the development and implementation of Sales Excellence training that increased enrollment “close” percentage to 88% from 55%.
