Supporting the work of this fabulous coop growing community wealth in regional areas across Australia. Have been working specifically on food systems and institutional transitions from hierarchical to networked leadership and management.

Department of Planning and Transport Infrastructure and Aboriginal people seeking better road safety for children (with Story Catchers). 20/21 has had me helping Collaboration for Impact's evolution as a network of change makers, supporting leaders on Groote Eylandt and in Darwin aiming to improve outcomes for children. Feeling honoured.

Growing out of the movement to bring a gender lens to investment and Chooks SA, The Hen House incubates new female led Coops and creates the markets for their wares.

Supporting place based initiatives and systems change across Australia and within the CFI network itself. Much of my work has been supporting leaders in the NT with a focus on children build collaborations with the skills to change systems.

Responsible for leading organisational change relating to the deepening and expanding community engagement at Uniting Communities. Also, overseeing advocacy, media, communications, marketing and fundraising.

Meeting facilitation, training and research. Clients include: AusTraining/Scope Global, Flinders University Gender Consortium, Oxfam Australia and Save the Children Vietnam.

Managing the work of five services across the state: tenancy support, professional and social support to the frail older people, people with a lived experience of mental illness or homelessness, community transport, welfare checking vulnerable South Australians. - 30+ staff, 500+ active volunteers, 4 offices across the state and a budget of over $2 million. Reporting to a member of the Executive Management Team.

Leading a complex international organisational change process that aimed to devolve increased management responsibilities to 13 offices outside Australia.

Leading a team of 6 working on earthquake related issues after the 2005 earthquake where over 75,000 people were killed and 3 million displaced. Led international advocacy efforts across/for the UN, international NGOs and government agencies. Then working to building the capacity of the whole country office to influence government policy and practice. Reporting to the Country Director.

Leading a small team through the design of a 4 year AusAID funded project worth 5 million dollars.

This post was responsible for the day-to-day coordination of the Oxfam International Trade Campaign across the 12 member countries of the Oxfam Confederation. The Trade Campaign was the largest joint Oxfam initiative to date with over 150 staff committing time and energy to it. The position involved working closely with members of various working groups globally, those people providing leadership of the campaign and the management of the 12 Oxfams. The Trade Campaign took the Oxfams’ work with communities in developing countries, coalitions and governments in very new directions.
