This position required a mastery of of the licensing and compliance process for our internal providers. It required being a liaison between the schools, managing firms, and providers to ensure that they were legally and contractually fulfilling the compliance requirements for their role. This role required coordinating internal monitoring and auditing systems to ensure providers stay compliant with state and organizational requirements. We focused on accuracy, timeliness and providing providers, schools and coworkers with our absolute best care every day.

This role was with the compliance and onboarding team with Global Teletherapy, filing and documenting the strictly regulated necessary documentation for therapists. I worked with their licensing department, as well as serving as a compliance project coordinator for their merge with Presence Learning.

This was a volunteer position within Wells Fargo that served the twin cities area. Coordinated events for our members that would provide them with skills or information that would aim to help them with their personal and professional lives. This included providing outside speakers and courses that would focus on a subject that mattered to our members. Sessions ranged from personal defense seminars to speakers on how to balance work and home life.
