Working specifically within the Transformation and Recovery of the Outpatient Department across all 4 sites. Role is focused on the implementation and support of a variety of Projects.- Patient Initiated Follow Up- Digital Room Booking and Management system (>500 rooms)- Remote Consultations (tele/Video)- Virtual Clinics

Leading on the implementation of necessary projects and daily operational work within Outpatients departments across the 4 UHB Trust sites

Working on quality improvement projects putting the quality of care of patients at the heart of all work. Leading and working within a team on projects requiring; complex data analysis, action themeing, presenting, accurate data recording and healthcare problem solving.

Supporting the Medical Directors team with a variety of jobs including working, and leading projects on Consultants Inductions, Clinicians Study Leave, Medical Examiners, Clinician re validation and Quality projects.

My Role includes:Bar Work: -Serving a variety of bottled and tap beverages as well as optic measured and freehand measured spirits.-Changing empty beer barrels, soft drink syrups and gas canisters-Handling money and operating a touch screen till-Cleaning and restocking the bar at the end of the shift.Starbucks:-Creating and serving all drinks on the standard Starbucks menu.-The handling of money and operation of a touch screen till.-The cleaning of the coffee machine and other accessories at the end of a shift.Catering Outlet:-The cooking or heating through of various foods.-Performing regular temperature checks.-Preparing hot a cold food such as hot dogs and salads.-Cleaning the preparation and serving area at the end of the shift.In all roles I work with a team ranging from 2 to 11 other members, I throughly enjoy and easily work with other team members in any sized. I enjoy working in this fast paced environment, whilst still having the opportunity to provide excellent customer care at all times.
