As an Office 365 Evangelist, I am passionate about empowering my organisation to harness the full potential of Microsoft Office 365. My role involves advocating for the adoption and effective use of Office 365 tools and platforms to drive productivity, enhance collaboration, and embrace digital transformation.

I serve as a dedicated IT Support Specialist at the QBE office, addressing a wide range of IT challenges, encompassing software and hardware issues. My responsibilities extend to optimizing the company's digital workflow, involving the meticulous creation and management of tickets for each task or issue, ensuring timely updates, and initiating escalations when required. My role demands meticulous tracking, recording, and monitoring of QBE's IT tickets to uphold and guarantee adherence to service level agreements.

Started working at Aviva on the Service Desk. Developed a detailed working knowledge of company specific and Microsoft software and systems. Interpreting system data and using it to create reports for the rest of the business. Moved over to the User Admin side of IT where I was promoted to be a member of the Aviva Investors and Corporate IT Team, a small but integral part of Aviva IT Care. Applying my skills learnt in the wider department to specialized AI software and training colleagues on Aviva Group and AI systems to increase the capabilities of the team.I also developed an IT Care Mental Health Team of five Mental Health Reps in several Aviva sites across the UK. This has also included successfully completing a level 2 Skills network course in awareness of mental health.
