Responsible for managing, defining, and implementing Head Start program compliance with a focus on child health, nutrition, and safety. I work with all levels of the organization to ensure adherence to child care state licensing, public health, and Office of Head Start regulations and best practices. Areas of focus include policy and procedure development and implementation, staff training, facility safety and inspections, emergency procedures, contract management, project management, and internal communications. I also supervise the Operations Support Manager who is responsible for managing the TCHS relationship with our five community partner sites; acting as administrator for our child and family data software system; managing aspects of our nutrition program, tuition, enrollment, and data privacy; and providing ad hoc guidance and support to multiple service area managers across the organization.
