CurrentManage function in supporting compensation needs of the business as it relates to job descriptions & leveling, offers, internal equity, annual compensation cycle, analytics, reporting and guidanceSupport quarterly Comp Committee activities, preparing equity grant listings and subsequent analyticsLead analysis and refresh of pay range data, aligning with the market and ensuring internal equityLead development of a scalable and consistent global job structure in collaboration with HR Strategic Business Partners, People Leaders and HR TechnologyOversee pay equity review and remediation for U.S. employeesAddress and implement pay transparency strategy within the U.S.Enhance People Leader experience for various compensation planning processes:- Drive consistency, partnership and automation for mid-year promotions and adjustments for the Technology business- Increase collaboration with Go to Market Operations and lead project management of annual direct sales review- Improve the communication, training and planning process for the Annual Compensation Cycle, including enhancements to SuccessFactors to support a pay for performance philosophy
