COMMERCIAL CREDITCommercial Credit Analysts IISupported lenders by providing accurate and timely financial statement spreads in support of lending decisions. Assist credit administration management in fulfilling loan review requirements, assessing borrower credit risk and produce required reporting documentation through the preparation and utilization of account review reports. Responsible for obtaining and spreading financial statements for routine requests for extensions of credit. Assist in the preparation of underwriting documents originated from an assigned lending group. These requests will largely be renewals of credits or new extensions of credit to existing customers. Provide industry analysis and updates that can be utilized by the lending function and other analysts within the credit department.Prepare account reviews, ensuring that the extensions of credit adhere to the bank policies. Recommend any credit risk grade changes as appropriate and in compliance with the bank policies. Discuss with the credit department manager the deterioration in the financial performance of a borrower and solicits recommendations on improving credit position. Provides assistance to Loan Officers or Credit Manager as requested.
