I set up my digital marketing and training company to focus on helping clients develop an authentic online presence for their businesses. This included coaching them to develop their website strategy and messaging.Services I provided to clients encompassed: WordPress website strategy, branding, SEO, copywriting, design & build, and training; social media training; social media management; and email newsletter training or management.My website and social media services were offered to small businesses. I offered training on a 1-2-1 basis as well as to groups - also designing and delivering bespoke training (in-house) to larger organisations.

I created the VA Business Start Up Course to coach and train Virtual PAs (VAs) who wished to transfer their administrative experience to create their own business. The course guided participants from business startup phase to developing and marketing a niche VA practice. Elements included: “How to be a successful VA” course manual with templates, group tele-classes, 1-2-1 coaching, online community, and additional tele-classes with experts in different aspects of business development.

I set up my virtual assistance business, KateBacon.Com, in June 2003 to provide clients with their own Virtual PA as and when required. My business expanded to the point where in 2006 I became a limited company.I worked mainly with Executive Coaches, Coach Training Schools and HR Professionals, supporting clients with their business administration, marketing, and business development.
