As the Community and Business Engagement Manager at the Global Impact Initiative, I focus on building strategic partnerships with employers and community organizations, raising awareness of our programs, and developing effective outreach and resource acquisition strategies. My journey in the nonprofit sector began in high school with an internship at the Alhambra-US Chamber, which ultimately led me to Gii, where I coordinated operations throughout my college career, and now serve as Secretary on the Board of Directors in addition to my full-time role. A recent graduate of Tulane University with a dual B.A. in Political Science/International Relations and Sociology, along with a minor in German, I am driven by a passion for cross-cultural connection and innovation. Known for my tenacity and proactive problem-solving approach, I thrive in environments where I can make a meaningful impact. My work in the nonprofit sector continually inspires me, and I hope to continue making a positive impact on marginalized communities, with an eventual goal of joining the US Foreign Service.
