I'm a Search Consultant and Headhunter with over 9 years' experience recruiting across Europe, Asia and currently focused on the Australian Legal Space. Working collaboratively with a national team, we recruit qualified lawyers from 3 years PAE up to the General Counsel and CRLO level. My Headhunting approach is defined by proactivity. By understanding the nuances of client's visions, strategies and priorities, I can best represent their needs to potential applicants and act as brand ambassador for your specific division. In this way, it also ensures that applicants to a specific job are aware of critical information and both clients and candidates enjoy a smoother recruitment experience.The most successful relationships between recruiters and applicants are built on transparency and consistency, so I look to build long-term relationships with all connections regardless of whether they are actively looking for roles or to hire.
