I am a qualified lawyer, lecturer, assessor, facilitator and Learning & Development Manager. I have over 20 years of experience in the legal sector and legal education in London. A naturally warm, empathetic and collaborative communicator, I am passionate about my work and I have a deep understanding of the complexities of embedding bespoke learning solutions in a commercial environment. I am committed to providing culturally aligned, high quality, tailored support to individuals and teams, in order to help them to develop their strengths and fulfil their potential. I am also an experienced manager and coordinator of corporate wellbeing services, providing advice to employers on their wellbeing strategy, and creating and implementing tailored Wellbeing Programmes which support the mental and physical wellbeing of employees. I am an Executive Coach, accredited by the Association for Coaching, with a coaching practice underpinned by mindfulness and positive psychology. I specialise in supporting mid/senior level employees working in Professional Services, particularly law firms, through periods of transition, including parental leave and job promotion. I focus on building resilience and confidence; helping them to flourish and gain an increasing sense of possibility and growth through the coaching process. I also specialise in coaching neurodiverse employees in law firms and other Professional Services environments, who may be experiencing anxiety and feel a lack of confidence. I focus on strengths, helping them to build confidence and overcome a range of challenges including aspects of working with and managing others, organisational skills and managing office rules and etiquette. I hold an IAFPD Primary Certificate in Stress Management from the Centre for Stress Management. Qualified as a Mental Health First Aider and a Mental Health First Aid Instructor (through Mental Health First Aid England), I am able to deliver the 2-day Mental Health First Aid England course.
