A number of former employees from TDB were asked to join Monolith to continue the development and support the Federos product.After a year, with no new customer sales, an empty pipeline, and no solutions engagements in sight the role of Solutions Architect was scrapped and I was made redundant.Accomplishments• Transition from TDB to Monolith including re-branding of User Interface, marketing materials, training courses and videos• Training of the Monolith sales and engineering teams to sell and support the Federos product• Pre-Sales presentations and demonstrations of the Federos product to potential customers and partners around the world
