Building links within engineering and construction to raise awareness of apprenticeships and careers within digital design (2D and 3D CAD). My role is all about using innovation and utilising current and advanced technologies, in order to engage with young people looking to embark on a career within design engineering, whilst informing employers of the opportunities available through the Construction and Design Centre of Excellence apprenticeship programme. Skills used as part of this role includes the full spectrum of digital marketing, event management, brochure production, copywriting and design.

Leading the team which is the first point of contact for all customers at County Training. Since securing this role I have developed the 'Evolve' CRM and Recruitment system whilst transforming our customer service and recruitment processes to work towards the goal of ensuring the customer journey from enquiry point to training commencement is a seamless and positive experience.Marketing still plays a prominent part, leading on the service's marketing strategy and development. Skills include copywriting and pr, social media, events management and design. I work closely with schools and colleges to inform students of their post 16 work-based learning options.
