Led structure and leadership stream of ANZ’s New Ways of Working (NWOW) program which moved the Australian business to a scaled agile delivery model. Concurrently led the restructure of the Commercial business to align to the new agile delivery model.

Reporting to MD Corporate and Commercial Banking (C&CB), I led a national team of 800 small business bankers focused on meeting the needs of business owners. In addition to P&L responsibility for the small business segment, I led the introduction of a new origination platform for business bankers; the launch of ANZ's Business Ready tool in partnership with Honcho; and ANZ's response to the 2016 Small Business Lending Inquiry.

Reporting to GM Australian Branch Network and leading a team of more than 1000 bankers, I delivered increased market share and 20%+ pa growth in branch originated home loans, while significantly improving staff engagement. Responsible for embedding use of a new home loan origination system; delivering a restructure of the branch management structure; and leading the management of day to day operations across 130 branches.

Reporting to the CEO Australia Division, a $2.8b NPAT business covering Retail, Commercial and Wealth segments. Role included supporting CEO in delivery of strategic agenda; management of Board, Group Exco interactions and divisional leadership team processes; customer and employee events.

A founding member of the São Paulo office in 1997 with responsibility for establishing recruiting and training programs for consulting staff, in addition to consulting role. Joined London office in 2000 as consultant, returning to Melbourne in 2001 as Project Leader, then Manager/Principle. Over various locations and roles, worked with complex organisations experiencing rapid and significant change in financial services, telecommunications, public sector, not for profit sector, airlines and industrial goods.

Reporting to the Executive Director Corporate, was responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive transformation plan of the RCH’s clinical, operational and support processes ahead of the opening of a new hospital in 2011.
