Manage and support programs for a nonprofit that works with seniors and people with disabilities to increase the resources and support they need to age and thrive in their own homes and neighborhoods. • Support neighborhood-based Community Connectors in delivering activities and programs that offer practical support, teach valuable skills, and create opportunities to develop the friendships and informal support networks we all need to age well at home. • Manage ongoing reporting, data entry and report generation for government and foundation-funded programs and activities, including computer classes, healthy aging workshops, senior exercise groups, and grocery delivery. • Plan and manage communications and outreach. Develop and maintain editorial calendar for all communications channels. Update current website, plan for new fully accessible WordPress site and manage implementation. Write and design annual program book, fundraising materials, flyer templates and other support collateral. Coordinate with staff and volunteers as needed. • Work with staff and Board Volunteer Committee to increase neighborhood volunteer outreach, definition of roles and opportunities, and a range of volunteer appreciation events.• Draft and assemble materials for grants, requests for proposals, and reports to funders. Work with Board Development Committee on fundraising calendar and Annual Event planning. Provide print materials, talking points, and other resources to support ongoing fundraising. • Create and maintain annual budget. Monitor monthly actual vs. budget and communicate to staff and Board. Manage ongoing support and program coding for bookkeeper, coordinate additional support as needed. Support the Board Finance Committee.
