Responsible for raising the profile of The Co-operators group of companies via the management of the Corporate Giving Program including managing the budget and liaising with internal and external contacts. Responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating corporate giving programs, making recommendations on corporate involvement, and leading staff engagement.

Responsible for developing and executing strategy related to Alterna’s Community Involvement Program for both corporate and local applications. In charge of creating and managing the ongoing measurement of community impact, business value, and employee engagement for partnerships and activities related to community involvement.

Responsible for liaising between Alterna’s business community, as well as internal and external technology partners and providers, through the collaborative planning and strategic execution of process improvements. Involved in the planning, development, and continuous improvement of corporate business systems and applications through the use of a standardized process management methodology.
