Responsible for supervision of the TOC, including installation and operation, initial testing of the transmission paths to and from the IBC and monitoring the pictures and sound during transmission. principal contact with the IBC Contribution Desk and manages the requirements of the Rights Holder Broadcasters. Supervises all TOC staff and ensures that they are fully trained in TOC operations. Oversees the operation and broadcast telecommunications of the TOC.
