I am currently a Home Care Director. A very basic title for a role I have been honored to have. This title has given me the opportunity to find a career that truly speaks to me. I have the honor each day to help families navigate through a time in their life that is precious. I have the opportunity of working alongside people who are inspiring in their dedication to serve others. My years as a director has strengthened my abilities of management, leadership, data analysis, regulation and compliance, business development, and Human Resources. I recently returned to school to complete my bachelor's in business at UNCG Bryan School. A goal I have wanted to achieve for a very long time. I look forward to completing this goal and seeing what possibilities can come from finishing my education after so many years. The title I am most proud of is Mother. I am astounded every day on how much I am able to learn from my daughters. Seeing the world through a child's eyes can bring a sense of perspective that adults often lose in the day to day of the professional world.
