As a member of the Worldleaders recruiting team, my role was working with CEOs and Sales Leaders assisting them to define role specifications for future sales personnel to grow their sales teams. This included head hunting top performing sales representatives as needed to build a world class sales team.In addition to working on the recruiting team I was also the Sales Operations Manager for Worldleaders. I provided sales support for all parts of the sales cycles; process and track all sales initiatives. I also managed all sales trainings, trade shows and networking events.
