Works fulltime tasked with facilitating day to day operations for a high-volume business. Schedules, directs, and supervises roughly 20 employees and over 40 contracted individuals. Consistently works remotely to assure that any issues that arises are resolved in a timely fashion. Directly deals with cooperate office and holds position of Human Resource and Event Coordinator as well as management. Oversees daily safety compliance standards for the rules and regulations set out by establishment. Key skills included are:• Key holder for opening and closing of the building.• Directly responsible for daily operations of establishment.• Recruiting, staffing, and training.• Accounting for payroll processing to be sent up to bookkeepers.• Reporting to our cooperate office regarding daily operation and financial status of establishment.• Inventory management, audits, and ordering.• Handles scheduling and financial assistance regarding maintenance for building.• Weekly adapting and revising of weekly schedule.• Planning and coordinating events and parties. This includes scheduling pick up and drop off for airports, ordering party supplies, and managing payments for said events.

Supervised, received, stored, accounted and cared for the dispensing, issuing, and shipping of bulk or packaged petroleum, oils, and lubricants (POL) products for a mobilized unit. Issued and dispensed bulk fuel to appropriate units. Coordinated proper planning and scheduling of fuel transport, while maintaining daily logistical reports of total fuel consumption numbers for over 800 military tracked and wheeled vehicles. Continually mentored peers and subordinates on fueling techniques and the operation of a M978A2/M978A4 HEMTT tanker in order to foster professional/personal growth.• Set up logistical refuel access points for 29 M1A1 Abrams, 32 M2A2 Bradley Fighting Vehicles, and numerous personnel carriers, trucks and Humvees.• Successfully set up multiple stationary and non-stationary fuel points during field operations.• Command and controlled over 30 emergency refuel missions during Battle Group Poland’s Mission Readiness Training exercise which included over 1000 pieces of equipment from both partner nations and American forces.• Coordinated and led a team of 4 Soldiers to push over 200 pieces of equipment through Agricultural cleaning for a port OCONUS to CONUS movement within two weeks
