I am a Texas Woman's University graduate with a B.S. in Child Development. I will be returning to Texas Woman's University in Spring 2025 to pursue a M.B.A with a Human Resource Management emphasis. I currently work for One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating as a Payroll Clerk within the HR department. I have experience with payroll administration, employee data management, and maintaining positive employee relations. My career goal is to advance to HR Generalist or HR Officer, where I can effectively support individuals within the company to thrive and align with the organization's mission and values.
