Ensures that Member accounts associated with Indirect loans are opened properly and with valid ID, per policy.Ensures the funding of Indirect loan packets in a timely basis, including Smart Fund packets.Ensure that Loan rates are reflected appropriately in the Rate Tracking Spreadsheet, as needed.Ensures proper and timely disbursement of funds via ACH to dealers after the completion of booking loans in the Core system.Ensures the collection of necessary missing documents from appropriate Dealer personnel.Members, Insurance Companies, and VOE and POI on applicants.Ensures effective coordination with Indirect Loan officers to contact dealers or acquire Income calculation worksheets.Ensures timely and effective update of appropriate spreadsheets in Lending Drive and Route One and Dealer track status when contracts are funded on a daily basis.Ensures that the Daily Funded report is submitted to the CFO and VP of Accounting daily.Assist's in department responsibilities include, but may not be limited to: funding Indirect, funding Direct, payoffs, drafts, scanning, and Staff & Member inquires.Ensures that the Lending spreadsheet is updated when contracts arrive in Funding.Ensures that loan packets are processed in a quick and timely manner.Ensures that all Funding procedures are followed throughout the process.Completes other duties and responsibilities, as assigned.

• Reviews residential loan applications to verify that application data is complete and meets credit union standards, including type and amount of mortgage, borrower assets, liabilities, and length of employment; recommends that loans not meeting standards be denied.• Prepares loan request packet and obtains documentation necessary for loan approval, including credit bureau, income verification, and any other information required.• Obtains and assembles loan file and documents required for loan closing, including but not limited to: title search/policy, survey, appraisal, notes, agreements and disclosures and prepares closing package. • Prepares and mails denial and approval notifications including identification of conditions and stipulations, if required.• Verifies accuracy and consistency of specifications relating to all required documentation, including but not limited to: payment calculations, disclosures, escrow accounts, and other closing costs.

• Maintains mortgage information including payment postings, import new loans and updating member information, processing payoffs, curtailments, monthly billing statements, adjustments, account research, etc.• Performs annual escrow analyses and processes escrow disbursement prior to the tax or insurance due date.• Answers telephone enquiries from members on routine inquiries regarding payoffs, change of owner, note modifications, beneficiaries, and other details of existing loans.• Prepare routine letters to members. Performs other job-related duties as assigned.

• Assist members with opening and closing accounts, answer questions about products and services.• Resolve problems that are within authority of CMSR to resolve. Refers problems that are beyond CMSR authority to supervisor, along with recommendations.• Identify cross sell opportunities and cross-sells services to members, such as checking accounts, CDs, IRA’s, and auto loans.• Explains loan programs, evaluate members needs and recommend loan options. Interviews members to develop information concerning their loan needs, earnings, and financial condition. Prepares and/or reviews all loan documents for completeness and accuracy. Meet with members to close loans.

• Receives and processes member financial transactions, including deposits, withdrawals and loan payments; sells money orders to members; transfers amounts from member accounts as directed.• Welcomes members and provides routine information concerning services and directs members to appropriate department for specific information and service. • Trains, directs, and gives input on employee performance within the department; identifies performance problems and recommends action needed to correct any performance problems.• Schedules and monitors daily activities of tellers. Balances cash drawer and daily transactions. Orders daily cash requirement for the credit union. Balances cash drawer, daily transactions, ATMs, CDM and vault. • Cross-sells credit union services
