• Corporate Human Resources point of contact for the organization for payroll and benefits inquires.• Manage the administrative tasks of the recruiting life cycle and on-boarding process for all new hires at the Corporate office. Tasks include, generating offer letters, conducting pre-employment, post offer screening requirements, completing the E-verify record and collecting and entering new hire information into the HRIS system. • Coordinate the administrative tasks of the Health and Welfare Plans and the 401K Plan such as responding to inquiries, reconciliation of bills, data entry of employee information on various benefit systems, and assisting with open enrollment.• Update employee information into the HRIS system.
