• Designed a concert & festival to celebrate the April 8, 2024 total solar eclipse, drawing more than 4,500 attendees• Aided in managing a budget of over $80,000, prioritizing expenses and ensuring responsible use of funds• Coordinated 30+ vendors/partner organizations and 35+ volunteers to execute a complex event• Managed a Solar Eclipse Student Grant program to fund student eclipse programming; recruited grant committee members; served as an ex-officio member of the committee

Trained groups including the Dean of Students Office, medical professionals and faculty, homeless shelter staff, and a variety of Student Affairs staff.• Recruited, trained, and managed 5 Student Educators (3 concurrently), each receiving strongly positive feedback• Grew training programs from a few poorly-attended sessions to over 60 unique & bustling sessions yearly, scheduling, marketing, delivering, and evaluating for up to 3 program series simultaneously• Renovated the Center’s website & created a training resources hub, showcasing 45+ hours of engaging, on-demand LGBTQ+ educational content, including manually revising captions for accessibility• Designed, and served as community manager for, Culture Center's Discord server, growing 0 to 500+ members• Assisted with the operation of the office, including connecting with visitors, representing the Center at various events, organizing and cleaning the physical space, and other administrative tasks

• Led 4 teams of student advocates to create systemic change at IU and grow their professional skills• Met with students, staff, and administrators to understand the needs of diverse groups of LGBTQ+ students, develop plans to solve them, and implement those plans, sometimes overcoming resistance• Led creation of proposals and findings which have been presented to at least 7 Vice Presidents/Vice Provosts, 5 Chancellors, and the Board of Trustees; influenced approx. $850,000 of spending on all-gender restrooms• Mentored, trained, and managed 7 student leaders to keep teams running effectively and develop leadership skills• Advised the President of QSU on higher education operations, administration relations, and emergency management, among other topics• Served on the executive board, helping steer the organization and writing official positions on various issues

• Organized an event celebrating the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 Moon Landing for over 400 guests and 50 volunteers• Designed and programmed an automatic scheduling system using Google Apps Script, able to schedule over 100 shows with little human intervention, eliminating 50+ hours of work every year• Diagnosed and repaired technology problems, using troubleshooting skills and knowledge of the Digistar 6 computer systems to make sure shows stayed on-time• Helped run near-daily shows; gave tours of the Air & Space Museum; helped seat patrons• Performed administrative and marketing tasks, including website updates, copywriting, and data entry
