Alumni, Focus And Spark Program Director
Current• Plan and execute events and program days with clear communication, confirmeddetails and logistics to ensure a high-quality, high-impact Leadership experience forparticipants (alumni, class members, volunteers, and speakers/presenters)• Serve as primary point of contact for Alumni, Focus and Spark programs (alumni, classmembers, volunteers and community-at-large)• Lead alumni events and Focus program days in collaboration with volunteers• Effectively develop and manage program budgets• Recruit, select and manage committees (approximately 30 volunteers per year)• Ensure an outstanding volunteer experience through communication, coordination,and follow-through• Manage Customer Relations Management (CRM) database for Alumni program• Collaborate with volunteers to develop program curriculum; identify purpose, aligncontent to meet objectives and deliver excellent class experience• Collect feedback via surveys following each program, as applicable; seek opportunitiesfor ongoing improvement• Engage actively in the community, including LGH programs, to identify and recruitprogram candidates• Manage recruiting efforts in partnership with Recruitment Committee, Board,volunteers, and alumni• Represent LGH at community events and present on behalf of the program andorganization as needed• Cultivate community relationships and partnerships to advance the mission of LGH• Update CRM database to ensure records are kept up-to-date and maintained properlyRecent role updates:• Monitor and create content for social media platforms and website • Increased LinkedIn followers by 37% in the first nine months.• In the first six months, I created our new college program for college students, Spark, and created a new Alumni program called Reboot.
